Flavors in Sauvignon blanc can range from grassy and mineral, to fruity and tropical. Notes of Gooseberry, grapefruit and passionfruit distinguish this grape, and make it a lovely pairing for soft cheeses.

Sauvignon Blanc is a moderately vigorous variety and can grow in almost any climate! It makes for a wonderful first back-yard grape, and is delicious to eat straight off the vine as well!
