Hunza Apricot
Hunza Apricot is a valuable variety from northwest Pakistan where it grows wild in the Hunza Valley. Fruits are deliciously sweet and flavorful and dry well on the tree. Hunza is also valued for its kernels that are eaten and reported to be very healthful.
Delectably sweet and tender, fully ripe Apricots are a unique tasty treat. Difficult to ship when ripe, Apricots are best grown at home or purchased from a local farmer. Apricots like half day to full day sun, well drained soil, and begin bearing in 2-3 years.
