Tricolor Sage
One of our favorite forms of variegation, the Tricolor Sage shows off purples, greens, and creamy whites on its beautifully textured leaves. Just as delicious as the standard sage for culinary uses but with a big splash of color in the garden or on your pork or chicken. Or tofu! Sorry, didn’t mean to leave out the vegans!
Latin Name: Salvia officinalis ‘Tricolor’
Site and Soil: Full sun and very well-drained soil.
Hardiness: Hardy to -15° F.
Size at Maturity: 2 ft in height by 2-4 feet wide.
Bloom Time: Spring
