Epsilon Hazelnut Tree
Epsilon Hazelnut Tree is another Eastern Filbert Blight resistant cultivar released by Oregon State University. It makes a great pollenizer with its long flowering time and also produces excellent filberts. Incompatible pollenizer for Barcelona, Ennis, and Willamette, but great for all other varieties.

Site and Soil: Filberts like 1/2 day to full sun and well-drained soil.
Pollination Requirements: Plant with Eta or Theta for cross-pollination.
Hardiness: Filbert trees are hardy to minus 25° F. Flowers are hardy to approx. minus 15° F.
