Wickson is a prized crabapple selected by the brilliant Albert Etter who made many valuable apple selections at his homestead in Northern California, Wickson is often regarded as the premier fresh eating crabapple, especially for those who like a little acid zing to their apples. It is also a highly valued cider apple, making an excellent single varietal cider and useful in blends as well.
