Ulluco Andean Tubers – Ullucus tuberosus
Ulluco Andean Tubers are truly a sight to see with all their dazzling color schemes. The beautiful multi-colored tubers are harvested late November into December. They range in colors from neon yellow to red with speckles and they turn green with light exposure. Described to be one of the delicacy tubers of the Andes. They like shade and have beautiful succulent leaves and stems that cascade our long stolons.
