Jackfruit
Jackfruit is a tropical member of the mulberry family (Moraceae) that produces the largest fruits of any tree, with some jack fruit weighing in at over 100 pounds(!), though around 30 or so is more typical. This one will require a greenhouse to grow outside the tropics or can be grown as an interesting house plant.

Site and Soil: 1/2 day to full sun and well-drained soil.
Hardiness: Not frost hardy
Bearing Age: 3-5 years after planting
Size at Maturity: 30-60 ft. in height.
