Diamond Heights Ceanothus
Add some brightness to your ground covers with this variegated stunner! Diamond Heights is a unique variegated ceanothus that grows as a spreading ground cover. Not the most cold hardy, only down to about 15º F., but is otherwise an easy grower if provided well draining soil and full sun in cooler climates but will appreciate some protection from the hottest western sun in more inland areas. Variegated is most bright in warm weather and turns a darker green in the winter. Plant it under a Chief Joseph pine for an inversely changing two tone effect of changing foliage throughout the year!
