Another excellent honeyberry introduction from the University of Saskatchewan, Boreal Blizzard produces some of the largest honeyberries of any cultivar and ripens later than most varieties. It has good resistance to powdery mildew and the berries have an excellent flavor.

Site and Soil: Moderately fertile, well-drained soil with full to partial sun.
Pollination Requirements: Two varieties with similar bloom time are needed for cross-pollination.
