Blue Mist Hebe
A lovely, reliable and very cold hardy Hebe, Blue Mist has proven itself for many years in the Pacific Northwest. Growing slightly wider than it is tall, it creates a nice low shrub that boasts pale blue flowers in early summer. Very nice foliage texture and an easy plant for sun to part shade.
