Agave Leaved Sea Holly
A real neato-bandito species of Eryngium, doing its best to come to the Halloween party dressed as an agave, and doing a fairly good job of it too. But unlike the monocarpic agaves, the Agave Leaved Sea Holly produces its incredible floral display every year without the dramatic death following it. Easy to grow in full sun with a bit of summer water.
