Variegated Comfrey Axminster Gold
Axminster Gold Variegated Comfrey has all the same medicinal benefits and soil building qualities of the more common Bocking 14 Russian Comfrey in a beautifully variegated form. Variegated Comfrey looks similar to a large fuzzy hosta and have beautiful blueish pink flowers that are a favorite of the bees. Being a sterile hybrid it will not spread by seed but can spread if its root system is disturbed. Prefers part shade or dappled sunlight but can tolerate full sun.
