Neil Bell Grevillea
A chance seedling that popped up in OSU researcher Neil Bell’s home garden and was then introduced by Xera Plants here in Portland, Oregon. It is a very cold hardy grevillea, taking the subfreezing eastern winds of East Portland at our retail nursery in an unprotected location without a problem. Large clusters of orange red flowers are beloved by hummingbirds and humans.
