Mara des Bois Strawberry was introduced by a French breeding program in the early 1990’s and has become beloved by anyone who has had the pleasure of trying them. The berries of Mara des Bois are smaller than some varieties but it more than makes up for its small size in flavor. It is often regarded as the best tasting and most fragrant of any of the everbearing (day neutral) strawberries.
