Indian Plum
One of the first plants to bloom in the spring, Indian Plum produces racemes of attractive, almond scented, white flowers, which are followed by clusters of small, sweet, raisin-size fruit. A popular fruit among several Native American tribes, Indian Plum was eaten fresh, cooked, and dried. Indian Plum is also a good plant for birds and grows to be a shrub or small tree, 8 to 12 ft. in height. Our Indian Plums are grown from seed and may be either male or female plants.
