Frantoio Olive Tree

One of the most reliable and cold hardy varieties, Frantoio Olive Tree has been grown in Portland for years and lights up any street corner it’s planted on, especially in winter! Trees grow very fast in youth, especially when given deep waterings and can reach a height of 20′ x 10′ relatively quickly. Foliage on Frantoio is particularly silvery and is gorgeous planted next to a street light or when seen blowing in the wind. Trees are fully self-fertile and the brined olives made from them are amazing! Can also be made into one of the most delicious olive oils. A perfect specimen tree in the garden or urban street tree.
