Morton Nectarine
A unique nectarine selection not often seen in the United States, Morton features deep red flesh nectarines that ripen mid season and have a deliciously sweet flesh. Plants stay rather compact and have decent resistance to the peach leaf curl disease, though care should still be taken to protect from winter moisture or spray with copper throughout the winter.
