These Pinot fin (small berried) varieties are eagerly sought after by award-winning winemakers throughout the world. The greater skin to flesh ratio is important as the skin contains the highest concentrations of color, aroma, and flavor. As these varieties will prove, great wine is indeed made in the vineyard!
