Join us at One Green World on December 7th for this exciting and fun workshop on how to make your own tasty drink mixes and hot drinks with or without alcohol to share with families and friends for the holidays!
Lydia Parsley talks about key ingredients to use in making hot drinks and drink mixes that can be gifted using local, foraged and home-grown seasonal ingredients. (think cheap & easy to ship, and pretty presentation!)
This Workshop will include:
-Extensive drink samples (think fire cider, spiced elderberry toddy etc)
– Step-by-step instructions on creating delicious non alcoholic and alcoholic drink concoctions and mixes for gifting for the season
-How-to handout with recipes
-Take home bag of drink mix
-Locally-sourced & seasonal snacks
Lydia Parsley has been creating botanically-inspired cocktails for 20 years, teaching them to bartenders in 12 countries, and happily situated in the bountiful PNW for 10 years. She’s a budding biologist and studying law to make positive change in food systems.
Doors for the class will open at 12:45pm so be sure to stop by early to enjoy some snacks and sippers prior to the workshop
